Avchat & Vereconference 20.03.08

I am looking for someone to produce a script that combines both avchat2.1 features and vereconference features.

The software should support the red5 flash media server and should have recording function i.e. sessions should be recordable with good video and audio qualities. should be easy to integrate into mysql database and flash/java based. It will be a bonus if you can make it a joomla component.
