The website we are looking for has the following main features:
- Paid membership per company
- Membership provides companies and business owners with the following:
a- View all open solicitations in their field of interest
b- Post RFPs and RFQs
c- Submit Proposals to Available solicitations
d- Build Product Catalogs Online
etc.. etc..
Payments for membership should be done online.
The website should also contain a CMS for allowing me to maintain and administer the site after its launched.
Project timeline is 10 - 14 days.
