Chord And Frequency Converter 02.07.08
I need a program that can synthesize ANY given .wav file so that it is projected in any specified chord and frequency. In other words, you use the program to browse for a .wav file, once it is opened, you can use a drop-down box to select a chord and then type in a frequency in a box next to that. Finally, once all of that has been specified, I would like to be able click a button and have it export a NEW .wav file at the corresponding chord and frequency.
This might sound complicated, but I am willing to pay well for it. As much as needed for the time required to make such a program.
