I’m looking for a disclaimer message javascript.
I’m not sure how this is called but I found one in a porn site. Please don’t click it unless you are 18+

The disclaimer that you see in there is the script that I need, with rounded corners if possible.
Not looking to pay a fortune for this small project.
If you can code a better way to show a disclaimer please say it.
Some extra feature that would be sweet is that the IP of the person gets saved in the database telling if they accepted or denied the disclaimer.
