E-commerce Website 05.07.08
(Add more description…) I need a website designed for my e-commerce real estate business. It should contain basic information about me, my team, my contact information, properties I have sold/bought in the past, a page for general property buying tips/tools as well as a form for contacting me by email. It also needs to contain an area where I can sell my Real Estate and Investment videos. I will initially have about 20 products to sell however I am currently in talks with a distributor of similar materials about selling there products. This would take total products to about 200.
This is a brand-new site. I need full design done, with heavy graphics. I am getting the logo developed seperately and will have ready in about 2 weeks. The colours I am looking at are very fresh web 2.0 colours like Magenta and blue. I want the text easy to read. I already have all the copy-writing for the site done as well as photos of me, my team and my houses.
In terms of style, I want a web 2.0 look that will appeal to my clients who are typically buying/selling houses primarily for investment purposes. Each product that is sold will need approximately 1 -2 minute demo. I can provide the file in avi format. I would also like some kind of set-up were videos are automatically uploaded to YouTube as they are added to our site. I would like my website to be searchable by Google/Yahoo if anyone is searching for a real estate investment.
You should have experience designing real estate websites and preferably multimedia websites. Experience with search engine optimization is an added plus.
I need to have this up and running within 5-6 weeks.
