Patient Retention Site 02.07.08
I’m interested in creating a site in which doctors (physicians, dentists, optometrists, etc.) who rely on patients returning for recare procedures can enter patients’ names, email addresses, birthdays, and other contact information; at times preselected by the doctor, specific patients would receive recare reminders, birthday notices, etc. For each of these reminders/emails, the doctor would have the option of creating and attaching a coupon valued at a doctor-specified amount in the hopes of enticing the patient to return. I have already developed the ASP.NET-based sales portion of this site, in which perspective clients are provided with the benefits of service, etc. I have already established a master page template for the general design/layout of the site that I’d like, and I’ve already created the logos/images I need. However, I’m looking to have a developer bid on providing the following:
- Individual users can log in to user-specific accounts
- Within each user-specific account, patient information (name, birthday, address, etc.) can be inputted and saved to a database
- At doctor-selected times/dates, emails will be sent from the web site for patient birthdays, recare appointments, etc. In each of these emails, the doctor will have the option to create and attach a coupon for discounted services as a means of enticing the patient to return for care.
