Auto Proxy Browser Form Filler  07.04.08

I am looking for a program that will open a browser using a proxy (from a proxy txt list) Then it will load a web page from a text list as well, then it will fill out the form fields on the page click submit. Then i want the program to load the second proxy and URL from the text files and fill out the forms again using different information… and so on…. i want to be able to customize what fields i want this form filler to fill in.
