Camfrog Operator Tool 06.02.08

I need somone who is capable of making a program that can interact with the video chat program Camfrog available from camfrog.com Its need to be able to be used an as Operator tool to Warn Kick and Punish users, also to do a set of commands the tool needs to be able to intercat with the video chat room and run a command e.g /kick username reason
I need someone who knows the coding to do this with either C++ or delphi and i need someone who is willling to do updates on it at future dates for more $$$
I will require all the templates and the files used to make the program. so i have the choice of going to another programmer in the future and editing the code myself, i need someone who will work closely with me to get this done.

I need it to be alot better than this, but to do the same thing in theory, if it could be built in to camfrog in someway that would be even better as an “extension” or like the program there already that i have put a link to.
