Csv File Compare Tool 26.08.08
Hello,
I need a tool to compare two csv files and extract matching records in the selected field.
Example:
1) I send a CSV with personal data stripped out of it leaving the phone numbers. See attachment Stripped file.csv
2) I receive a file with just the phone numbers of the desired complete records. See attachment Wanted phones.csv
3) I compare the Wanted phones.csv with the Original file.csv (see attachment) using the CSV compare tool. The tool creates a new CSV file with the complete records matching the phone numbers in the Wanted phones file.
I hope I explained that clearly. I’d prefer an executable.
