Ebay Spider Emailer  27.01.08

Hello,
I need an ebay spider that

1. will spider from auction to auction on ebay.co.uk without end
2. email each ebay.co.uk seller with a feedback of more than 1500 found thru ebay “ask seller a question link”
3. input changeable text that I input into email and email ebay member
4. only send 1 email to each ebay member
5. Log on anonymously so that I will not be banned from ebay.co.uk

Preferably a standalone application

Please post explanations on message board
