Irc Mailer Bot 11.03.08
I have a project for one of my customers that my team cannot complete. He has agreed to let me find another suitable canidate for the job.
1. Bot needs to connect to a irc network and have 2 backup networks in case network is down.
3. You can modify a different bot and add in a mailer function.
4. When I run the mailer command in irc it will disperse emails to the bots evenly so not one bot has a heavy load.
5. bot needs to have its own SMTP engine.
6. bot needs to be able to send html emails.
7. bot needs to be able to startup when a machine starts
