Mpeg-4 Sp Encoder 04.07.08
An MPEG-4 encoder code with following requirements due to the restriction of our hardware decoder:
It encodes the video into MPEG-SP foramt supporting the follwoing features: I-VOP, P-VOP, DC Prediction, AC Prediction, Unrestricted MV, Slice Resyncronization, Use_intra_dc_vlc, AIR.
It should not include features of Data Partitioning, Reversible VLC, Short header, Deblocking, Universal.
No UI is required.
