This is very simple.
I need *at least* 10 very fast HTTP, HTTPS, or SOCKS5 proxies.
The proxies can NOT be Codeen/PlanetLab proxies.
I do not care whether they are transparent, anonymous, elite, etc., as I am not using it to mask my IP, just access websites that are blocked by my ISP.
The proxies you provide me MUST have a Fetch time of 1 second or LESS at this URL, but 0 seconds is preferred:

For example: http://www.trirave.com/proxytest.php?proxy=212.93.193.78:8082
If it is a SOCKS5 proxy, add &socks=true to the above URL.
I repeat, all proxies you provide me MUST work at the link above AND have a Fetch time of 1 second or less! 0 seconds is preferred!
If you can provide me the above, please PM me ONE working proxy to prove you are able to provide the list.
I will ONLY do escrow due to the nature of the project!
