Quickbooks Data Entry  04.04.08

Looking for accountant / book keeper familiar with the UK Quickbooks package to enter 750+ Bills into quickbooks from a set of around 100 suppliers.

Bidder must
- understand quickbooks well
- have accounts knowledge
- understand VAT
- be familar on extracting the date, invoice number, supplier, total, subtotal, vat and info on each bill
- communicate in good english

Inital Sum upfront with test entry of 30 bills. If that goes well then the full project.

Bills will be supplied as scanned TIF files.
