Modify Flash Template 10.10.08

I need a flash expert to modify the following flash template:

Changes needed are:
- change logo and the starting background images
- change texts
- change header and footer color
- some images have inactive “more” links. Need to make those links active
- duplicate the template to have the site in 2 langages. Texts and translation will be provided.
That’s it, no heavy animation change.
Most important is to hold deadline and have work done in less than 5 days.
