This should be an easy project.
I purchased a template with a flash header. I need to get it customized to match my site needs.

I do NOT need the whole site done - just the flash header.
Here is what I need:
The “Family Portal” at top needs to be changed
The text on the navigation buttons needs to be changes without messing up the animations.
The volume of the beep for mouseover on the buttons needs to be lowered
Other small alterations may be required
When that is finished, I need an alternate copy made for the secondary pages which does not have the full animation. It should be just there characters in their final position with the small animations (eyes blinking, tail wagging, etc…). The sketch animation will need to be removed on that one. The buttons should still work correctly.

I’m looking for a talented flash designer with a quick turnaround (Within 3 days, a competitive bid, and a solid portfolio.
I am likely to have future flash projects and I am looking to build a relationship with a good flash designer.
