I need a custom web template created for a card game chat website. Details are in the attached file.
I am looking for someone who is available to start immediately, so be precise in your bids as to how long these changes will take you. I will expect the project to be completed by the day you specify.

I will place payment into escrow upon start of project and release it upon completion of work and delivery of the photoshop PDF and html files. I expect the project to be completed accurately and on time.
