Flash Picture Scroller Needed 16.08.08

Flash based horizontal picture scroller needed(exactly as in the site above).
When user select any picture from that scroller a new page will be opened.
When user place mouse on the image on the scroller ,a description will be shown.
I will choose the lowest bid.
