Html Design For Climate Change 29.07.08
There are two major issues the contents and the look. Regarding the second, please prepare two or three options. One of the options I would want is mainly black, white, shades of gray, and a splash of colour. For reference, please look at BBC and Franklin Covey website. Instead of orange, use a deep blue or green. My intention is not to make you copy the website-just get an idea. For the home page, I would want one photo spread across the entire page ( including side bars)
For the contents, there have to be following heads:

For the time being, nos. 2,6 and 8 will remain hidden. Each of these will have their own submenu-those will evolve over time. However for the time being, we the sub menu for the Study Cities namely Surat, Jodhpur, Hubli-Dharwad, Indore. Each of the these cities will have a further submenu ( atleast two- profile and maps). The maps will link to the IMS maps ( which will also be available from the main server.
We will in the future also need a login in the future.
I need a really good graphic design with some flash used in it.
I would prefer a indian designer for this
