Re-do Ai File For Screen Print  22.12.08

I need to have an AI file redone for screen printing. I have PSD, EPS and AI files as source. The problem currently is, two colors are CMYK and two are spot. I need all colors done as spot colors.

I need VERY fast turnaround. This should be an extremely easy project for an experienced graphic designer.
