Set-up A Customer Forum 02.06.08
We would like a customer forum created, in order to capture feedback directly from our customer base. It would also be a way for them to report possible bugs etc.
The Basecamp forum seems to work well, and we’d like something similar. This is how they do it:

In terms of categories, we’d perhaps like to include tips and tricks, feature requests, bug reports and general discussions. However, we are also open to suggestions!
We need someone to organise the setup, hosting and possibly to assist us with support in the future.
