We cannot to disclose the complete details of the project without a signed NDA. We are soliciting bids to develop a J2ME Blackberry media application. The application requires rich UI development experience for J2ME. There will be multi-threaded and possibly web 2.0/client-server features. Ability to implement audio and video stream encoding techniques are a Plus. The developer does NOT need graphic design but would be helpful to have this expertise. They will however implement a professional rich UI threaded Blackberry application. We look forward to speaking with you regarding our software application.
