Mp3 – Midi Converter  01.05.08

I need a simple desktop application – mp3 to midi converter. Features: user selects an mp3 file – the file is loaded into program and displays with waveform like in SoundForge – then user selects some area in the wave and applies some MIDI effects like different instruments – then converts this part of song into MIDI file and saves it on computer. I will provide the interface design, you just need to program it.
