Multi-window Auto Refresher  27.09.08

I would like a simple program that basically is one window. Within that window, there will be multiple smaller internet explorer windows. With these windows, I would like a refresh option for each, with a different timer option for each window. The amount of windows I would like would be a minimum of 8. The refresh intervals to be set at my choice.
