Ocr Expert Required Recaptcha 01.09.08

Not long foot description required is simple, I am looking for an expert/s in Image Recognition and Decoding ( OCR ), the start project will be Recaptcha OCR with high accuracy (60-80% at least) , I will only consider expert/s on the area who are able to show their experience on OCR development perhaps example or demos of previously made OCRs. Please don’t waste my time posting about data entry offers.
I am looking for a good provider of OCRs which is able to handle more complex captchas, said so this is not one time project but I have already a list of OCR required besides Recaptcha, this will be a long term business relationship for the adequate and skilled expert/s and not only for OCR but also for other type of projects.
I would prefer a component which can be used in a .NET environment / development (dll), but is not an imperative requirement this can be discussed if you are in working in a different platform.
If you have already a Recaptcha OCR it will be ok with me and even better.
