Pidgin Im Modification Project 16.07.08

So basically what we need to get done is get the PIDGIN IM modified.
Pidgin is a multi-platform instant messaging client. The software supports many commonly used instant messaging protocols, allowing the user to log into various different services from one application.
Pidgin can be downloaded from http://www.pidgin.im/download/
We want a skin exactly like the one on this page http://www.trillian.im/preview/page-cl.html . This skin is for trillian , we want it designed and integrated into the PIDGIN IM.
We also want to show a Popup at regular intervals and a rotating banner at the bottom of the IM , so the ad codes need to be integrated too.
we also want the thing to be bundled with the msn toolbar which will be optional in advanced install in the installer but installed direct in simple install… the toolbar will be installed through our affiliate account… we can change the toolbar according to the region which can be selected before starting the download….
added to that the pop in the start should function in this way… when the user logs in a java script runs that contacts the server and the javascript on the server runs… popping a screen…
the pidgin has been made in C/C++ so only people with good work ex in C/C++ need to apply… the original pidgin has a very high grade coding and that should be maintained in the new product…

there should be a add displayed in the place the names are displayed in the image….
the software has to be offered at a pay per install basis so the stuff that has to be provided at the software end has to be complete… we will manage the stuff at the server end ourself.. but u have to work with our other developer to make the thing work..
there would be minor other modifications that we would let u know of later… only minor ones…
