Remote Application Viewer 31.07.08
We need for one experienced bidder able to do a component to allow application sharing in a web application (Applet, ActiveX,…). We have a customer care application in which we can maintain audio/video/IM communications and we would like to add this new feature.
The scenario would be that during a conversation, the user is invited to view one of my desktop applications, he accepts, and then he could view the streammed video of my application.
At my side, when I select the option to invite the user to view my application, I would get a list of the current opened applications plus a web browser, I would select it, and then I just would wait for the accepting of the user.
It is not needed to share the application, that means, viewing is enough, none interaction is needed.
This must be an ActiveX (also for Mozilla), or an Applet component, without any user interface except the installation wizzard.
We will agree together with the bidder the best way to implement this interface.
