This is for a real estate website that is using virtual tours. What the agent wants is audio files to be associated with buttons. When the customer go’s to the website he want’s them to be able to push a button to play audio files. He also has some other minor changes to the site.
He has provided some of the coding.

Audio files no longer then 30 seconds, no looping, and play on demand feature
Need easy change and assign features for the audio files

3. When clicking on full screen, graphic needs to be placed in appropriate spot and hyperlinked.

Here is what I need help with:
1. With the .htm file, I would like to creat audio files so when a user clicks on a button a audio file plays. If a user clients on another audio file, the first audio file closes and the second one plays.
Audio files won’t loop and I prefer them to be mp3.
2. The prudential image is logo is the .ivu file. I want it to be a hyperlink, so when someone clicks on it, it takes them somewhere. I also want to be able to control the location of the image as the user toggles in and out of fullscreen mode.
3. If there is a simple way to use php so all the buttons are in one file, so if there is a change, I can change the one file and have it automatically update all the the associated .htm files.
