Alexa Toolbar Detection  07.06.09

I need for my script an alexa toolbar detection. That means only logged in users can view ads if they have installed and enabled the alexa toolbar for IE and Firefox (the best for all browsers). Users without the toolbar must be guided to another page witch says that they have to download the toolbar.All in all without alexa toolbar (or sparky add-on) no access to the viewing ads page for logged in members.
