I would like to create a software that can be downloaded into a cell phone.
I will initially start with the 10 most popular phones in the US.
What the software should do is implement the following.
Today the existing phone in the US uses for texting 2 for abc 3 for def etc…
what this software will do is to alter the sequence to be as follows
1 for ab
2 for cd
3 for de
using all the 10 numeric keys as well as * & # keys.
I will provide the exact layout.
I will also need create an activation code for the software connected to a database. Once the software is activated on a certain phone, it cannot be reactivated on another phone. I did not think how this can be done maybe pulling the NIC number from the cell phone or something else. In any case I need a total price quote per phone unit as well as delivery time.
In case I select a bidder, I will put the funds in escrow which will be release upon satisfactory testing.
I believe that the language for communication is BREW but I picked Joomla in order to get the Job out for bidding. If anybody knows better I would appreciate a correction.
