Convert Joomla 1.0 Temp To 1.5 29.02.08

i created a tennis website,kregeltennis.com using joomla 1.5.Right now, the website is complete. All the content is on it. All the links work, everything is fine. I have a rotating header on my website with all my images. I have a really nice tennis template that i bought, but it is in joomla 1.0.
What i would like to have done:
Convert my 1.0 template into a 1.5 template. Simple copy paste all the content from my pages to the new template, change link names to match my link names on my website. This new template comes with a rotating header,so make the header images the same as on my website.
