I am looking for someone that can provide technical assistance for my websites that currently run on Joomla 1.5.3. I want to build a relationship with a person/company that can provide assistance for my websites whenever an issue occurs. At such time, I would ask that you provide assistance either by telephone, email or recorded video tutorial that would be sent to me in a video file. A recorded video tutorial would entail that you record the work in screen capture such as Windows Media Encoder (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/forpros/encoder/default.mspx) or any other similar software. As far as payments, I would assume the simplest and most cost effective manner for this form of relationship would be Paypal since billing could be hour to hour but I am open to other payment options. The support issues are generally beginners knowledge, very simple and straight forward. You must speak English very well.
