Idevaffiliate Configure Joomla 20.02.08

I need a expert in Joomla to do some work on our web site propertyinvestmentanalyser.com
Currently the site does not fully work.
The idea is a potential user will come to the site, fill in a form and download the product and after the trial period then proceed to purchase the software.
We are using Joomla + virtuemart
if you are not an expert in this area please do not bid for this job. Just knowing PHP is not good enough.
The task in hand is to:
- Configure Idevaffiliate component and create menu link to enable signing up resellers.
- Build a form where users will simply enter name, email, phone, url, company name, how did you hear about us and proceed to download page.
- make the front page look more professional
- make purchase page more user friendly
- enable shopping cart module and customer login
