We are starting a new programming freelance site. I need 500 programmers to register before we launch our advertising campaign.
Please provide a quote to sign up real programmers in the following numbers,

I will need to know how much it will cost and and how long to get them.
Also as we are just beginning we are open to suggestions from the programmimg community. Please leave some suggestion in the message board about what you wouod like to see in a new freelance site.
For example should the programmer pay for projects of client only? What payment gateways do you need? Should there be a minimum bid? Should we have a limit on how many programmers can join(500, 1000, 1500 etc.)? Anything else you can think of to make your experience better.
Our advertising budget will help bring buyers to the site and we will be investing a portion of each transaction to our ad campaign to ensure qualified clients on an ongoing basis.
