Create Mysql Db 31.07.08
We want a similar database and web pages to the one used on http://www.processserverscanada.com/search_form.html
Not a clone exactly, but the same type of graphic look to the data presentation. EG the company name address etc in a box on the left and their banner ad in a box on the right.
Look at the attached file which we copied from the above site. The presentation is clean and neat.
Would also need data entry page for this project and search features
