Dating Site Modifications 31.07.08

I need someone to make a few modifications to the dating pro script.
You would need to know Jquery and preferably Jaxer (server side javascript).
To have it modified so that it works like www.plentyoffish.com
with a few modifications.
The modifications would include:
Online now modifications.
Search Results modifications
Adsense modifications.
The pages need to load fast!.
Looking for bids around the $200 mark
Once finished the website would be uploaded to my hosting account.
