Need Joomla Template Coders 13.06.08

I’m Altaf Hussein from Dubai, I’m a freelance graphic designer and IT Consultant. And I’m a web solution manager for a Publishing company.
Well I’m new to joomla and I have few joomla sites where I had used free templates and premium templates. Now I’m looking for a Template developer to execute my joomla templates.
I will provide the PSD File and you need to convert them into joomla 1.5 version template, even 1.0.15 also can be worked out. I do lot of freelance designing and web designing, the market in Dubai for websites are very low, I do sites for just 300 to 400 USD, so think of the volume of business and bid.
I have five projects in hand, two layouts is ready. and the third will be ready in another two days. The current project image is posted, please quote your bid.
