The site needs to be ready and include keywords-title.google,yahoo,msn ready-etc.
I want to be able to have business buyers come to the site and sign up for emails they would like to receive once the business they are looking for gets posted to the site. I would be able to decide what criteria is on there for buyers to choose (location, price, retail etc) they would select from there what they need and than would get emails based on that. Also include testimonial page where people can go and list their experience. I need it to be automated so I don’t have to manually enter email addresses. The biggest thing is it needs to look good and be automated so people subscribing would receive their emails without my interaction and would be able to unsubscribe if they wanted to. Also the business buyers would receive emails based only on their choices and areas of interest and the data base would have to be separated so I could if I choose send e-mails to one group but not others. The data base does not need to be huge the biggest you can get but still keep the cost down. On line from any computer management would be great as approve or disapprove ads, post new business. There also has to be a page for link exchange.
I don’t want a generic template but a professional looking site it has to be done quickly and cheap. I have another site right after this one is living so possible other work. I will pay once the site is tested I would like to see if it works. Also If you have already done this kind of site give me the link it might be what I need. I will pay once the work is finished
