Software For Property Buying 17.06.08
I want to clone an existing software that evaluates property deals. It was first designed on microsoft excel, then they put this online allowing you to save different project details from a drop down list.

This will show you a camtasia video of the software being used live.
You will need to work out the exact numbers/formulas thats being (in the background) used to be able to script it properly to come back with the right results.
I would like it to be used preferably off line (like a excel spreadsheet or similar)
I have also included two pictures showing screen shots of me using the software. This may help to understand the formulas needed.
