Virtuemart Expert To Do Config 08.10.08
The only thing holding up the launch of our new site is the virtue mart configuration. We’ve loaded products but need a few tweaks:
1. Improve the display of products. Currently it’s not showing the short description. Also looking for any other improvements in the general look and feel of the product display.
2. Set up shipping configuration — we need it set to be individually set for each product because each product is shipped directly from a different manufacturer
3. Need to set up the payment system with MyVirtualMerchant and Paypal.
4. Tell us if it’s possible to have different levels of shoppers. Like our VIP clients should get an extra discount on all our products. If that can be done, we’d like you to set that up.
5. Look over configuration of VirtueMart for any improved efficiencies or usability improvements.
(We only have about 12 products in our cart and some will not link to a payment — instead, they will link directly to the page where they can sign up with that vendor, but we need to track that.)
