Act Database App & Website 25.06.08

What i Need Done:
I currently have a website that has been developed which accesses a SQL Server database and returns the correct data. However i need some minor adjustments to this website which should not take too long for a competent web developer in ASp.net
In addition i need an application that exports data from an ACT CRM database which is accessed using OLEDB. I have the SQLS that can be used to get this data. Then i need that data exported to a SQL Server database. This process needs to be an automated process. An app was developed but never finished and it is possible that the code of this could be used as a basis to develop something. The main problem ius that the OLEDB has a short timeout period and due to the number of records to export the export mostly timeout.
The app is the main component that needs working on. I should envisage that a competent developer should be able to complete this in two days. Again i will provide the SQLs needed to get the data and insert the data. The app needs to be automated so that it can be scheduled to run 2/3 times a day to sync data between both databases.
Other context/requirements that providers will need to know:
The database is an ACT! database which is a SQL Server Express 2005 Database. Database connection is via OLEDB using the ACT! provider. I have the SDK for ACT!. I belive the programming for this will have to be done in .NET. This si the first phase of the project. Once this has completed there will be more requirments where i’d like agents to be able to actually see the commisions they are receiveing but this is dealt with by another system. On succesful completion of the project the Source Code will belong to me. There may be a requirment to integrate this first project with our existing website.
You will get access to a remote system using the www.LogmeIn.com service. The remote system has all the necessary software you will require to develop the app including VS 2005, ACT Software, SQL Server etc etc.
Due to my previous experiences on this project i will need you to prove to me that you can do this project on a tight schedule (within 3 days) and that you are confident you can get a solution developed.
