C# Myspace Bulletin Script 2 05.08.08

I am posting it twice because I would like to try two developers.
(Add more description…) I need a simple method, written in C# that can log in and post a myspace bulletin.
e.g.
Boolean PostBulletin( String username, String password, String subject, String body)
{
return true; // if success
return false; // if fail
}
this is really simple, so I’d like it done super quick.
