Usb Flash Drive Copy Software 02.09.08
We require a software application, preferably written in VB, that will automate the process of copying data from one USB flash drive to many USB Flash Drives.
The hardware involved is a simple 7 port USB hub, whereby data is read from a USB drive on a computer, and copied and verified on each of 7 blank USB flash drives in the USB Hub.
Features of the software would include the user providing a total number of drives to copy in all, i.e. 500, the software tracking and displaying number of drives completed, as well as individual status of each drive being copied to. A progress bar for overall total quantity, as well as a progress bar for each of the copy drives and their current copy status.
The software would also have to be expandable to accomodate adding additional 7 port hubs, to the maximum number of hubs the computer OS can handle.
Software should have a modern GUI, and a form of copy protection whereby the software must be activated using a key provided upon purchase.
Software should also write a log of all copy activities.
Software should allow user to operate with or without data verification after copy.
