I have two directories one contains jpeg files and another contains bmp files.
I need a program which will scan the files in the two directories and compare the files in the jpeg directory with the files in the bmp directory. If there is a file in the jpeg directory without a corresponding file in the bmp file directory then the program should take of copy of the file in the jpeg directory and covert it to a bmp file and place it in the bmp directory. For example if their is a file named file1.jpg in the jpeg file directory then their needs to be a corresponding bitmap file named file1.bmp in the bitmap file directory. The file saved in the directory with the bitmap files will contain the same name as the file in the jpeg file directory but with the appropriate format of bmp.
The source and destination directory should be stored in the config file.
The application should be built using visual studio 2005 using Visual Basic.
All source code must be provided at the conclusion of the project.
Should be a simple project.
