Vb.net Coupon Site 23.08.08
I need someone who is available right now, and 24/7 until this project is completed.
The project is to create a VB.net coupon site that allows users to search for coupons based on their area (a zip code database is already created for the site).
The site also needs to allow the super admin to designate lower level admins who are in charge of specific zip codes and cities, and who can create coupons for these.
The coupon creation will include a basic template that the coupon is created from, as well as image upload or select clipart from an available library.
There is also another level of user - the general user who can create an account and a coupon, but the coupon is then sent to the corporate office for approval and payment processing.
There is no payment required for the placement of a coupon on the site/no payment processing module is necessary.
I have a PPT of the structure and sections of the site itself, as well as screenshots of how the admin section and coupon creation steps should function. PM me for copies of those.
Time and budget are of the essence, so please bid accordingly but only bid if you have experience in VB.net and can dedicate the immediate time needed to get this project completed.
