Copy Images On Server By Cron  31.01.09

We have several websites on our server (Debian Linux) which use the same images. These images are updated on a regular basis. We are looking for a script which can do that for us in a cron job. Please keep in mind that there are also new subdirectories created which also have to be copied. Newer images should overwrite the old ones.
