Online accounting and invoicing system.
We opened this project past August 08, then closed due to some changes on its main requirements and now we are posting it again.
We need to develop an Accounting and Invoicing system. Based on http://invoice.zoho.com we need to clone this invoicing system and then add basic accounting functionality: General Ledger, Accounts Receivables, Purchasing and Accounts Payables, basic Inventory functionality and a couple of modules to setup taxes and bank accounts.
This will be an ONLINE Web based system. You may suggest and support the programming language that you think is best for this project, where we tend to like Java or PHP.
We will hire a team with experience developing Accounting and Invoicing systems. Programmer must show proof of experience and also resources available to start asap.
PLEASE take a look into zoho invoicing system to know what we expect for Invoicing. This will help you to size the amount of work and time for the invoicing part. GUI must be like zoho, very simple and intuitive.
Programmer team chosen must give us full system documentation. Team must present us their suggested programing model and establish and project schedulle with milestone and delivery dates where we will be testing and accepting all deliverables. We expect to receive the relational database document for this system.
