1 )Modify existing mysql query to display 1 more field anywhere on the main page.
2)create a form on a new to save and edit data to existing website. perhaps it would be easier to show as separate link in menu 1 checkbox 1 text field 1 text area (add server side and client side validation to limit number of characters entered) this will be saved under the existing user field under the users id
3)Create query to populate form above using same fields to edit the data (same page as above)
4)Create new query on a new page to display 3 fields from database groups by id number
( perhaps it would be easier to show as separate link in menu)
All queries will be based off one common element. user id. user id is already displayed on the page using an existing query.
Queries are going to be put into an existing voicemail login system. So you must make sure that user is logged in and that the queries can not be execututed unless by the one logged in. There are other existing pages and queries of this system so I believe that you could just copy the page for the structure and login check coding.
