Add Second Language To Website 23.05.08
We need additional second language to our current website wich has only one language ( Dutch) and need to have second language ( French)
Second language for front end and CMS panel.

All change need to be made SEO friendly
Second part of the project will be the possibility for on-line translation where the translator will have acces where he sees the text to be transalated on left side and input the translation on right side with upload button (s)
