We would like to change our script to be charging publisher base on amount of bandwidth that publisher consumed from our web server instead of commission basis.

Administrator’s control
There are several features needed to enhance for the Admin to enable the control over this website.
1.) Publishers Ad Display Lock/Unlock Function; automatically lock when bandwidth exceeds quota of Amount of Ads Transfer (AAT). It can be unlocked manually by admin (Please take a note that lock means block showing Ad Display at a publisher website screen).
2.) Plan setting; the user can select the Bandwidth/month. Example: Free Plan (3 GB AAT per month), Paid Plan (10 GB AAT per month for USD 20) Up to at least 10 plans/ Able to set specific plan for specific website (Publisher). Plan Duration is 1 year.
Please add this option to the publisher.
3.) Order Approval Menu; admin can approve order from publisher. Automatically change publisher’s current plan to the new plan that they ordered after admin approval
4.) Notify Error Message: Admin would get email from system, if Publisher’s AAT exceeds quota (Publishers Ad Display LOCK blocked by the system)
Specification’s Publisher page
1.) In Publisher page, to let the user monitors Bandwidth usage. Show AAT usage/remained AAT gauge in Publisher’s account
2.) Publisher can buy or upgrade to new plan
3.) Upgrade price = New plan price (Remained Day x Current Plan Price/Plan Duration)
4.) After Publisher selected to upgrade plan, new page should show the calculation as in (3) so the Publisher can understand how we charge for upgrade plan. Also having email from system send to Publisher’s email to inform the details such as price, duration.
5.) Notify Message: Publisher get email from system if their remained AAT is less than 25% and 10%
6.) Notify Error Message: Publisher get email from system when quota of Amount of AAT (Publishers Ad Display LOCK) is being blocked.
Advertiser page Specification
1.) Notify Error Message: Advertiser get email from system if Publisher cannot display their ad because Publisher’s AAT exceeds quota (Publishers Ad Display LOCK)
Other Specification
1.) If starting a new month, AAT usage should reset to 0
